Note : A two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Directors/Trustees is required for an individual to be appointed as a Governing Body (GB) member, it means :
✔ Only the Board of Directors/Trustees has the authority to vote on GB membership.
✔ An individual must receive at least two-thirds (66.67%) of the votes from the total number of directors/trustees present.
